My now tv box won't accept my username or password

My now tv won't accept my username or email or password after severe persistence . I have relentlessly double checked all of the information on my behalf and it is of no fault of mine! For some strange reason after connecting to my wireless the email and password requirements are in a foreign language (possibly Spanish). This does not stop me from entering in my username and password in English so I cannot see where the issue is? I have tried everything!

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

First thing first. Can you please confirm the make an model of your NOW TV playback device?

 

If you have a NOW TV 'black' box, it will look like this: -

If you have the (newest) NOW TV 'smart' box, it will look like this: -

@Anonymous User where did you buy the box? You can go into settings and change language to English.
