Hi @Anonymous User was the email from an address ending .com or .eu? The free trials of movies are 14 days. If you got an email from now.eu offering a month then unfortunately some idiot has sent you junk mail. Of course you can only do a trial on an account that hasn't been used for movies before. You have to activate the trial by going into my account and clicking the button.
