Money debited from my debit card

Hello,

 

I cancelled Now Tv, However a charge of £9.99 has been debited from my card. Can someone from Nowtv please reply and explain why this has happened.

If you pop to http://help.nowtv.com/GEN_SearchResults?q=cancelled+but+still+being+charged there should be a chat option and they will be able to help you. If chat there is not active search something else and you should find one. Can take a few attempts to find.
