I got a free entertainment pass and cancelled it so I wasn’t charged when it rolled over. I then went to another page which made me say that I still want to cancel. That then came up with a page which looked like a cancellation page, saying I could continue watching until 2nd December. I have now been charged again and upon trying to cancel (for the third time) it made me go through 4(!!!!) pages of ‘I still want to cancel’ before it actually let me cancel. I have barely used this and haven’t used it within the last fortnight. I will be demanding a refund for this and surely it’s not just me that thinks it’s a joke.

@Anonymous User use this ignore that it says you have a case in then select the charged wrong option and complete the required details.
