New broadband

Hi,I wanted to get broadband as I’m moving into my new place soon. But when I’m trying confirm and pay it tells me something’s wrong. I already have Now account and my bank detail are correct.Thank you.

I’ve added my payment details and it has taken £1 from my bank account confirming that, but every time I log in to my now tv account it says I don’t have a card added onto my account. Any solutions? thanks.

I’m trying to make a payment as Nowtv have restricted my broadband access today which I really need for work. I have tried 9 times with a few different cards, and it just keeps returning the message ‘a payment could not be taken’what is going on??
