Can I get a refund for 9.99 for cinema membership

I have no recollection of ever paying for a movie membership and now I have been charged bloody 9.99 that I have no intention of using and have canceled the same but damn can I get a refund

Same here, I signed up for the tv subscription a week ago, 6.99£,  then casually been getting a charge for Boost 6£ no idea what it is and then another charge of 9.99£ for the movie option which i didn't sign up for.   Now i can't seem to chat to anyone other than a bot that won't let me write to it.  So what's going on with this website have you found a solution?

Sounds like you both took the entertainment membership offer on this part of the website.

This clearly says you’ll get a 7 day free trial of cinema and boost. Then it’s £9.99 and £6 unless cancelled.

It’s really up to you to pay attention to what is being taken out on any offer anywhere never mind on NOW. As for expecting staff to reply, they won’t.

Speak with staff via live chat. Avoid at all and any costs ‘Get help quicker’ and ‘Request a refund’ as they are both bots.
Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How get in touch’ drop down.
