NOWTV / SkyTV Advertised TV Schedules for F1 Incorrect

I have just paid for a day membership to specifically watch the F1 quali in China - supposedly starting at 17h25, but instead a documentary on Lewis Hamilton and Graham Hill was broadcast and now there is Ted's Notebook!

I need to go out and if the quali was not being shown as advertised I would not have bought the day membership!

FALSE ADVERTISING BY NOWTV / SKYSPORT AND A RIP-OFF - TOTALLY MISLEADING!!!

I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!

I've come here to say the same thing! 

I missed live coverage due to work but checked the TV schedule for the replay of the sprint race and qualifying. The sprint race programme was scheduled at 3:15 and Qualifying at 5:25. No qualifying!?!?!
