Now tv is crap keeps crashing on my x box and my fone

Missed the boxing last night missed the football today keeps saying i am logged into to many devices. A only got 2 how does that work. If a dont get a free voucher am off dont know why i pay it. Service is shocking picture is shocking as well

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

 

Our device management allows you to ahve up to 4 devices on your account and make up to 1 change per month. So if you had 4 devices and made a change you would be able to remove device but not anymore until the next month.

 

I have reset your device slots for you so you can add 4 devices to your account now.
