Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.
Our device management allows you to ahve up to 4 devices on your account and make up to 1 change per month. So if you had 4 devices and made a change you would be able to remove device but not anymore until the next month.
I have reset your device slots for you so you can add 4 devices to your account now.
