Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. Might be worth having a word with Live Chat about this & see what they can suggest. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight).

Thanks for posting, if you're new and still have 1 slot left it should allow you to add a final 4th device. After this you will need to wait to the 1st of the month to resolve.
You should be able to resolve this by adding the device now, let me know if you have issues. You will then get another change tomorrow 🙂
