New weekend pass, can't use

Just bought a weekend pass and added a phone now cant use says device limit reached. Can someone from Now pick this up please.

Speak to live chat and explain to them that you have purchased a new phone and have reached you device limit, hopefully they will be able to free up a device slot for you.
