Can’t recall if I’m being perfectly honest. Years ago I was with NOW for broadband, but I did cancel my previous supplier before moving over.
For a peace of mind you could give the broadband team a call to confirm.

If you are on Virgin then you need to contact them to Cancel.
Should you be coming from the likes of TalKTalk, BT etc then NOW will take care of it on your behalf.
