Broadband no connection

I have been a Now member for over a year, yet I am currently using my neighbours Internet as it never connected. This is such a poor service. I will be cancelling and using a different provider when I move

Have you been using your neighbours wifi for a year?

Why have you never got in touch with support?

Nothing wrong with the service, plenty wrong with your post, and your lack of action.

 If you have been with Now for over a year, and it's never "connected" then this is entirely your own fault.

 Seriously, over a year? And you have not done a thing to moan about it until now ?

The stupidity of this defies any explanation, if you have been paying £24/month you have effectively thrown away about £288
