im using the only username and password i was given
im not stupid, i know it's correct because it works on my macbook on Chrome, just not my iPhone which is what I need it to work from so that I can use ChromeCast

Sorry to hear that your having some issues with your password.
As @4268 has mentioned please make sure that you are using your username and when entering your password please make sure that this is entered exactly as set up as it is case sensitiave.
Also make sure that your iPhone is not modified in any way including the Internet connection as some customer modify the location to point outwith the UK.
