Too many payments taken

Hi I had a Now TV account that I reinstated for the entertainment pass on 28th may 2016. I have just checked my bank account and 3 payments for £6.99 on that date were taken! I had one refunded back as a credit immediately from what my bank statement shows but that's still an extra payment left that I should not have had taken. How can I get this sorted please?! Many thanks in advance.

Because this is an account related issue, your best option would be to jump across to the NowTV Live Chat service.

 

Open the linked page below, scroll to bottom of the screen and click on the "contact us" highlighted in green, this will open a new page where you will see an option to either contact NowTV by live chat or email.
