What type of pass voucher code are you trying to apply to your account ?
When you go to the NowTV website with your internet browser and clicking on My Account > My Passes when you click on the green apply voucher button next to the pass are you getting a message saying " voucher code not recognised" or the page just loads with the coloured spinning circles or something else ?
Have you tried disabling your ad blocker on your device, clearing the cache or maybe try a different internet browser when going to My Account
If you are still struggling try this link page below for live chat (which seems to be working fine for me).
