Now pass not working for sport

I've bought day passes and week ones before however I got a Pringles one I get this message

"It looks like the code you've entered isn't valid. If you have a voucher, try typing it again exactly as it appears."

Got a few packets of Pringles had the same message just doesn't work?

You can only use 1 pringles voucher per account itsin the terms of the offer.

Also, if this is the first Pringles code you're trying to use make sure it is the code generated from the promotion website that you are trying to enter, rather than the code on the packet. More info here

Yes I got the code via email after putting both codes together?

Did you click on the link in the email to redeem the code as this should automatically apply the code for you without typing it in? If that doesn't work are you can try entering the code manually following the steps in this help article

and if you still have trouble, click the green Contact Us button near the bottom of that page to have a word with live chat. Note also if you already have a day or week sports pass on your account that you haven't watched yet you need to watch that first before you can apply a code.

I clicked a link which said promo and it said log in was already logged in doesn't do anything tried apply code doesn't work either and I've used existing ones and as I say it's both codes it does nothing with 😕

Pop onto live chat see if they can work out where the process is failing.

and click the green Contact Us button near the bottom left of it (not the How to Contact Us link right at the bottom as that takes you somewhere else) then choose the Live Chat option on the following page.
