I can access my account via Google Chrome but cannot watch anything as it is not a supported broadcast browser.
I can access my account via Microsoft Edge but cannot watch anything as it is not a supported broadcast browser.
I cannot access my account nor watch anything on the preffered browser (IE 11)
I utterly despise Mozilla Firefox due to previous history of general poor performance so I am not prepared to go there.
Over the last few days things have gone right downhill, getting programmes and movies lined up to watch only to get an 'ooops something went wrong, please log back in' message was frustrating enough, but now I am paying for a service that is not being provided.
1) What is being done to fix things?
2) Will I be refunded for the things I have paid for but due to issues outside of my control not been allowed to access?
