Paying double every month for over a year

I have been paying now tv for over a year now twice in a month. I have tried calling but the phone doesn't recognise what department I want ro go to then hangs up. This is not not acceptable. I need help with this as soon as possible

@chilli2 I'm not blaming them I need help to stop one of the payments as my bank won't let me
