Cannot uograde to a faster broadband

I cannot get now tv offer to upgrade, it just i am on the slowest, i want the fastest. Its so irritating and will not go to the page.

I'm having the same problem, but I don't think you can upgrade online yet. Although it seems they have plans to permit that in future. For now, I think we will have to phone them direct and talk to a Customer Service Person

I really don't think Now have any plans for the future, if indeed they have a future.

Just what service are you currently on, and what do you want to move to?

Are you out of contract, and have you checked just what other suppliers can offer?
