When I login on the LG tv it says that there is a problem with the username and password, I have tried it over 10 times now and it won't work however I have managed to log on first time via the computer. I am checking each time that it is correctly typed in but it won't work. We have been using the free trial and we have 8 days left. It has worked fine until now. Please help!

There's currently an issue that's affecting some customers who are trying to sign into NOW TV on LG.
We're looking into this and we're hoping to resolve it soon.
Please could you let us know the following.
- LG Model Number
- Currently Installed LG Firmware
- Error Message on screen

I am having the same problem with my toshiba tv. It comes up as login failed.

I am with talktalk tv and use a you view box to get now tv.I am subscribeing for now tv,but it has forgoton who I am and is going strait to the 14 day trial screen.I have forgoton my password but when I try to change my password it keeps telling me that the street that I grew up on is wrong and please enter it again.But I have no problem getting on now tv on my computer because the user name and password are already there.

Hi @Anonymous User,
When you reset your password you should be able to select the option to have a reset sent by email with out answering the questions. Please try this option, restart the box and enter the new password.

Is there still a problem with logging in on LG as we can't today? Frustrating as its the weekend and nothing on the Tele!

Can you please let us know if you are using either an LG TV or an LG Blu Ray player?
Can you please provide us with the model number of the device and whether or not you can sign in on another device?
