Stopping my kids signing up

Does anyone know how to stop the kids signing up for different passes? I’ve put the parental controls on through the website but this just asks you for a pin when you select an episode/movie.Thanks Andy 

Can't sign in

I've been trying to sign into my account since Thursday it's now Saturday but still no luck . I've been on Live Chat with with several people but nobody seems to be able to sort out my problem. Does anyone have any suggestions ? 

Stuck on lets get started

The box keeps flashing white and not repairing to the 2 remotes I have. I cant use my phone as it's not connected to the internet. I've tried holding rest on the box and remote still nothing. Any tips please
