I also had this problem! Tried to reset the box 10 times with no joy so i unplugged the router then reset my smart box and the box reset with no problems. UNPLUG YOUR ROUTER THEN RESET YOUR BOX. WAIT FOR THE BOX TO LOAD BEFORE PLUGGING YOU ROUTER BAC...

Now tv box stuck

Now tv box stuck on home screen, tried resetting, unplugging ect. Problem at their end hopefully!

White Set top box unresponsive

Have tried turning off and back on. Completed a reset still stuck on the home screen. Can't move up or down menu. No apps appearing. Seems to be widespread issue this morning. Sort it out please.
