I have just bought a new box and says I get a 3 month free pass, I've entered the code gone to my emails and it says its a 14 day free trial not the 3 month that say it was included in the box ? say it will take £6.99 out after the 14 days ? Can anyone tell me why I'm not getting what I purchased ?

Could be that the voucher code didn't go through, maybe try again.
Also, i am assuming your didn't setup a new username to apply the 3 month voucher code, go to My Account > My Passes to check.
Have a read of the guide article linked below, if you are still struggling then your best bet is to contact live chat.
Open the linked page below and click on the "contact us" button highlighted in green.

I have just bought a new box with a three month pass but only realised when I entered the code that it is a one month entertainment pass. What do I do?
I paid for a box, which is advertised as coming with 3 months but has only a 1 month pass inside?

Welcome to the forum.
If you haven't already chck your My Account > My Passes page on the website
http://account.nowtv.com/passes
That at should show you the start and end date of your entertainment pass (you might need to click the expand arrow). If that is showing your 3 months correctly then everything is fine.
If it is only showing one month you might have bought a one month pass by mistake rather than applying your voucher - you can check your My Account > My Bills page to see if you've been charged

If it's still not working have a word with Live Chat. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

i have just recieved my new Now TV box from Amazon which was supposed to contain a 3 month free Entertainment pass, I instead got a Kids Pass!
Is there any way to get the entertainment pass sent through instead?
I have proof on request
