I just want a now staff member to help me ffs.
i try and watch tv and i get that stupid error message.
This shouldn’t be this difficult to speak to somebody.
3 days after buying my firestick and paying for my now tv entertainment pass and I still can’t watch nothing because I can’t bloody speak to anybody to bloody help me 🤦🏽♂️

Is your fire stick fully updated?
Have you tried unplugging the router and fire stick for a few minutes.
To speak with staff you need live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
