I know you can watch on your TV, but can you cast from your phone to the TV?
Testing this will allow you to determine if you have a phone problem or a projector problem.
If you reply further, the make and model of the phone, and of the projector, will assist here.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
