Welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you've reached your device limit. If you've watched on four different devices in the past then the device limit rules kick in, where you can now only add one new device a month, even if you delete several.
You can either wait until next Tuesday when you will get a new swap or if you need it before then you could try having a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.
To reach live chat go to the following help page

See how you get on, but if it inconveniences you then live chat should be able to sort something out for you - they're pretty understanding and know that when you first join you tend to try out different devices before you decide which to stick with.
Hope you enjoy! 🙂
