I cancelled my membership

Hi, I cancelled my membership and I have just been billed for this month? Please could you let me know why it didn’t cancel?

Even though you tagged this in the broadband section, can you confirm if it is for broadband or TV streaming? As both are handled very differently.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
