Can’t find my new broadband package

Hi, I’ve just set up a new broadband deal with now tv. I was previously a customer but was told I had to get a new box etc.

However, when I log in, I cannot see any evidence or reference to my new box or broadband package. I only have my old address and evidence of my old deal and cancellation.

 

This means that I can not adjust any settings, check payment details or cancel in the future.

any advice would be appreciated

@OBIWhen I rejoined I was told I had to use a different email address to open a separate account.

Are you logging into your 'old' account?

The only advice we can give you really is to contact NOW directly as they don't/won't respond on here. Give them a call on 0330 332 3050.
