My bill

It’s not letting me pay my bill with my bank card 

Can’t remember my pin

So my email is an iCloud connected to this account and it’s not receiving new emails, I can’t remember my pin to watch the things over 18 and now every time I try to reset the pin I can’t because it doesn’t send me an email, how can I resolve this

Postcode problems

I have been unable to sign up for Now broadband because the Now system does not recognise my postcode. RoyalMail.com and openreach.com both have the correct address but Now say I live in another town. They cannot sign me up. Ridiculous !

Paying double every month for over a year

I have been paying now tv for over a year now twice in a month. I have tried calling but the phone doesn't recognise what department I want ro go to then hangs up. This is not not acceptable. I need help with this as soon as possible
