problem with microsoft silverlight

Registered PC with NOW. Got a blank dialoge box when i tried to watch a movie. Used NOW help - re installed Silverlight. Now it tells me that i cant watch on the current device an will have to register the device after the 1st of september. As I have just registered the last slot of 4 - I now cant use this PC till Friday! Very frustrating - ist there anything i can do?

Hi @Anonymous User  if you have windows 8/10 try the app https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/p/now-tv/9wzdncrdm157  rather than your PC after speaking to chat.
