Thanks for the tip on BRITOPEN16 working fine. I am having problems accessing content on my laptop despite having paid for  a weekly sports pass, any ideas/suggestions out there ?

Im in the same boat as you.

paid 10.99 for the pass 2 hours ago and not been able to watch a single minute so far.

I keep getting this message...

"There's an error connecting, please try again in a few moments. Service updates can be found on our community."

Has anyone had this problem before? How do I solve this?

If it cant be resolved Id like to cancel this pass and would like a refund!

It looks like the code you've entered isn't valid. If you have a voucher, try typing it again exactly as it appears.
