Trying to cancel my pass

I cancelled my pass a while ago but I keep getting charged, I was charged again today and I went onto my account to see why and it says I have a active pass, I try to cancel it but it doesn’t give me the option to, I don’t know what’s going on but NowTV are just taking money out of my account while I can’t close the pass.
