Is there something specific I need to do to set up broadband buddy? I have tried to change the settings the last 3 days and all I get is a message with a red background saying "Oops that didn't go to plan".
Try a different internet browser or a different internet device when changing the NOW Broadband Settings on your NOW online account.
Somebody also had success with either Incognito mode or Private Window going into their Broadband Buddy Settings.
Thanks for replying but no I am getting the same thing on all browsers and if I try to access it from my phone as well.
If something like Incognito mode or using mobile internet data (instead of using your home network) doesn't help.
Then perhaps get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team for further assistance & help.
