Paid my now tv bill landline had been restricted despite paying the bill on the day the restriction on the telephone has not been lifted a week on getting told off staff of now tv the same thing everyday 24 hours, 48hours 72 hours loads of mixed messages and lies I am disabled housebound. Life is through my landline. My mum has just died , I need to sort a lot of things out , my hospital appointments, my bank, everything . Still sat here a week on no phone call back within the hour again today, that was expected 5 hours ago! Really do not know which way to turn.
