I have had many unauthorised payments of £9.99 taken from my account for the past several months, I need clarification on why these payments have been taken, as I did not subscribe to any Now TV services.

Did you take advantage of the 14 day free movie trial and didn't cancel before the trial expired or perhaps you used a voucher code on your account and didn't realize that you need to cancel your movie voucher otherwise the pass automatically renews each month ?
