Ordered now TV combo all went OK then all sudden checked this evening and said cancelled. But at the top of page says glad you are staying your combo is no longer cancelled so not sure what's happening
If you click on My Account > My Package there should be a telephone number for NowTV Combo customers , suggest that you contact them to discuss the matter further.
@Anonymous User is anyone else in the household who might have cancelled? If you search broadband help and are signed in with a valid combo ID you should be able to ring them from the number that then shows.
