This weekend sees the return of the Championship and the thrilling race for promotion to the Premier League. Both Ipswich and Derby are probably thinking they’ve been away from the top-flight for long enough, so if either side can win their crunch clash on Saturday, they will take a big step back towards the big time.

Ipswich Town...close to the big time?

Saturday evening sees a big London derby between Crystal Palace and Tottenham. With both sides needing the points for very different reasons, expect fireworks at Selhurst Park. Oh, and it’s also Alan Pardew’s first home match as Palace manager, so there’ll be quite the atmosphere in South London. Can Harry Kane keep up his incredible run of form? Or will Spurs suffer only a third league defeat of the season?

And then we have a super duper Super Sunday.

First, Arsenal host Stoke at the Emirates Stadium, looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss at Southampton. They shouldn’t want for motivation against The Potters, as the two teams…you know…kinda hate each other. It’s fair to say that you can expect plenty of tackles and feistiness, but both teams possess enough attacking talent to suggest we could have a goal-fest on our hands.

Arsenal v Stoke - It's going to get feisty!

Later on, Manchester United host Southampton in a massive, massive, massive game. With the Champions League race likely to go to the wire this season, matches between the top-four protagonists take on major significance. Can the Red Devils strengthen their grip on third place? Or will the Saints continue their excellent season? Either way, it’s a game not to be missed.

And throughout the weekend, we bring you the best of the NFL. With the Super Bowl now just two matches away, the stakes are getting higher, and we bring you all four play-off games between the best eight teams in the league.

Saturday sees the New England Patriots host the Baltimore Ravens. The Patriots were impressive during the regular season but, despite getting this far in nine of the last ten seasons, they have only reached one Super Bowl. Can they put that right against the 2012 champions?

Can Tom Brady inspire the Patriots one more time?

For all you late-nighters, we have Seattle Seahawks against the Carolina Panthers. The Seahawks are formidable at home, so the Panthers will do well to get their claws into the hosts. Later on Sunday, Green Bay play the Dallas Cowboys, before Denver Broncos host Indianapolis Colts. That’s eight massive teams in four huge games. And you can catch every kick, tackle and play live with NOW TV.

See you at the weekend!
