If you haven't got a previous Sports Pass saved on your account and the new one month Sports Pass voucher code that came with the NowTV box cannot be applied to your username, then i would suggest speaking to live chat.
Open the link page below, scroll towards the bottom of the screen and click on "contact us " highlighted in green, this will open a new page where you will see an option for live chat.
