Can't buy sports pass

I try and buy a sports pass but it just keeps saying go to now tv and check the status?

Sorry to hear that you experienced an issue buying our Sports Pass.

 

Would it be possible to clear your cookies cache and cookies and the try again.

 

Also worth checking your payment card to make sure that this is still valid.
