Unable to access online settings

I cannot access the settings in my now account as for weeks every time I log on and try to interact with something it says that something went wrong try again later, but I have tried multiple times over a week and it still doesn’t work, can anyone help?

Did you possibly subscribe to Now via a third party, like BT, TalkTalk, Amazon, Apple?

If so, you have to maintain your account via them.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

No i signed up through Now on the phone.

If you did over the phone it will be linked to your broadband and they should be able to sort it for you. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
