You need the Admin user (‘admin’) and password (‘nowtv’) for that area, not the wifi ones.
If that doesn’t work, and you have reason to believe that you or someone else reset the Admin details, (normally a wise precaution) then factory reset the.router so it goes back to its defaults,
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
