Now app on Phillips Ambient Light TW wont recognise username / password

Hello - just switched from a stick to the app on my Smart TV, however, i keep getting u/n or pw not recognised and i know they are correct... occasionally i will get past the sign in screen and onto a human verification screen but it just bounces back to not recognised.. have rebooted tv, changed pw... any ideas before i switch back to the stick!

Hi @clakry72 

Do you have mobile internet data on your phone.

This is a bit of a long shot, but try to WiFi your hotspot on your mobile phone with the Philips Android TV to see if you can sign into the NOW App.

Once done, then reconnect the TV with your Router.

Also double check the region settings on the TV and Google Play Store match the region you live.
