Lg tv owner here as well. Same response from NOW as others telling me they are aware and i will receive an email once the situation is resolved. I asked about compensation and was told only once resolved can i ask. Gutted as missing some big matches which is what we pay for. Tempted to cancel as no idea how long this problem will last!
Same problem here been using the Now TV for years gone to watch the footy tonight and every 10 seconds stream stops then starts again. I've also got an LG TV.
