Now Entertainment and Now Boost but no HD and seeing ads at the start of TV episodes.

I am 3 days into my Now TV Entertainment and Boost trial.

What I expect:

• To not see adverts
• To see the HD option next to relevant channels

What happened:

• I am seeing adverts
• I am not seeing the HD option next to any channel that I've browsed to

What I have tried:

• Signing in and out, using a different browser, uninstalling and reinstalling the Now TV Desktop App

You won't get 1080p HD with Boost on a PC or Mac.

You shouldn't be seeing commercial ads with Boost only NOW promotions of their TV shows.
