As a follow up to my not being able to watch the last 2 episodes of Annika, The problem now seems to be fixed. Don't know whether it was the lovely Helen from BT or Chinnappa from NOW or even myself, but I signed out of my online account on NOW, then unplugged everything from the YouView box & waited a couple of hours. Connected everything up again & it appears to be working as normal. Managed to watch the last 2 episodes without a hitch. Hurray!
