I've tried watching My Netflix account under NOW broadband on both my phone and Laptop but it keeps stopping me and telling me that there is a proxy, unblocker i'm using. Netflix check using fast.com if I was using a VPN or proxy and it showed I wasn't and that I was using an IP address in the UK. They then told me to contact my Internet Service Provider to tell them to contact Netflix customer service to fix this problem as on any other network or using my data I can still use my Netflix account but not under NOW Broadband TV.
Does anyone know how I can reach out to Now Broadband to tell them them to reach out to Netflix to sort this out?

Many Thanks Schnapps, I pulled the power plug out of the Hub for 45 minutes and now everything is back to normal. I can watch on Netflix again.
