My IP seems to now being published as a IPV6 via a proxy tunnel - Netflix issues

I am unable to watch many of my usual shown on netflix due to NowTV using an IPV6 proxy tunnel.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this as the chatbot doesnt seem to have an answer to my questions and I can't reach a human at Now.

It was indeed the IPv6 address that I had been assigned. After turning my router off for approx. half an hour, I was assigned a new IPv4 address and I can now access all my shows on Netflix.
