Can't stream Now TV using Microsoft Edge

This week I had to change my Desktop connection from a wired connection to a wireless one.  Also a Windows 10 update was installed.

Since then I have been unable to stream Now TV Sport using Microsoft Edge.  I can however stream using Google Chrome.

When I try to stream the following message comes up:

Sorry Something went wrong

Give it a moment or check the internet connection

VSF: OVP_00001

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try deleting all data and cookies from the browser.

I have already tried doing that but does not work.

If it’s still not working you should really report with staff as this is a customer to customer forum and staff seldom post on it. 

What you need is live chat which is accessed by clicking the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down when signed in.

I have tried that but everything they have suggested simply does not work.  I have emailed them and they just don't respond.

Keep trying with live chat as you will eventually get to a member of staff who will get it. Alternatively you can fill out this form.

VSF: OVP stands for Video Start Failure: Online Video Platform. I think you can guess what the 00001 means.

And no, I don’t know how it helps in any way to know this, either 😎
