If you been trying with your username have you tried your email address instead to see if that makes any difference when logging into your Samsung Smart TV inbuilt NowTV App ?
As well as echoing Schnapps advice, I would suggest that your password does not contain any non-alphanumerical characters, which in the past caused the Now TV system to behave in unexpected ways.
