Unable to log in

Can someone help… I am unable to log in on my tv as it says it did not recognise my username or password, yet I have logged into my account on my phone and they are the details I have used.  I am a member paying £9.99!per month

When using the NOW App off your phone was it working directly off your Home Wi-Fi Network Router or via Mobile phone internet data ?
